Baldwin EMS began providing ambulance service on November 17, 1979 to the residents of Baldwin Borough. 35 years later we have expanded our Community Based EMS services to the communities of Pleasant Hills, West Mifflin and Whitaker. We cover approximately 23 square miles, with a population of over 50,000 residents. We answer approximately 9000, 911 calls, annually. Our fleet is composed of (7) Advanced Life Support ambulances, (1) Rescue truck, and four support vehicles. We have two Stations that service our communities.
