Baldwin E.M.S. exists to provide twenty-four (24) hour emergency medical care and medically directed rescue services to the citizens and visitors of the Boroughs of Baldwin, Pleasant Hills, West Mifflin and Whitaker as well as surrounding communities when requested.

As a team, we select and utilize exemplary personnel and state of the art technology to deliver rapid and personalized care to our customers as a vital link in the health care system.
