State Senator Jay Costa is pictured below as he is given a tour of Medic 515 and the various visual and audible communication equipment that thanks to his assistance were made possible because of a $10,000 grant.   

 

Pennsylvania House of Representative Harry Readshaw recently presented a $10,000 grant for the Search and Rescue K9 Program

The funding will help with the costs of K9 training, equipment, food, supplies and other needs.  During the grant presentation, Representative Readshaw stated, "Emergency Medical Services all revolve around public health and programs that assist."  "The K-9 is another piece of the puzzle as we try to produce the best emergency medical services possible."
