Todd Plunkett, Paramedic Chris Rud and EMT Dan Federico, all members of the Pennsylvania Emergency Medical Service Institute (EMSI) Region 4 Strike Team as well as Chief Plunkett are pictured above.  They were among the Strike Team members honored at the State Capitol for their response and services provided for the victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The Strike Team was welcomed by Governor Rendell and several members of the House and Senate during the recognition ceremony.
