EMT Chris Chiprich is a recipient of the 2008 Dr. Allen S. Schattner EMS Scholarship Award. The scholarship is intended to help defray the cost of tuition and/or course materials associated with Paramedic Education. Chris will be attending the Center for Emergency Medicine Paramedic Program starting August 2008. Chris is pictured here with (on his left) Curt Neill, Asst. The scholarship is intended to help defray the cost of tuition and/or course materials associated with Paramedic Education. Blake and Mike are pictured here with (left) Doug Garretson, Chairman of the Allegheny County EMS Council (ACEMS) and (right) Chris Dell, Chairman of the ACEMS Public Information and Education Committee. In addition to this scholarship award, both individuals received $250 from the James E. McCaffrey EMS Education Fund, in Memory of James E. McCaffrey that will help reduce the costs of Paramedic textbooks. |
