Paramedic Rescue Technician Brian Thomas was the recipient of the 2005 Distinguished Service Award (DSA) presented at the January 2005 Baldwin Borough Council Meeting. The DSA is a annual peer recognition honor in which one individual is selected for outstanding job performance and achievement. |
