Ambulance Safety Awareness Program
| GOAL: To enhance the safety of EMS providers
through a safer ambulance design and safety awareness training. This program will integrate the individual aspects of Emergency Medical Services Institute's ongoing Safety Initiative that includes: Driver safety awareness, Drive Cam monitoring device, enhanced seatbelt and restraint systems, additional and improved visual and audible safety alerts, improved patient area design combined to create an overall safer working environment in an ambulance setting.
